When you load and unload a resource pack before validating, the game still reloads the current resource pack (even though there have been no changes).
How to reproduce
- Go to the settings and then in "Resource packs"
- Activate and deactivate a resource pack, so that in the end you have not changed anything
- Validate and watch what happens
