Does MC-170328, happen to describe your issue?
Unsure if this is a bug or not in 20w11a, they don't seem to intentionally get back to land when not breeding, but may end up on it by accident because of their large hitbox and either stay a while or get stuck because of
MC-128243. Could be WAI though and they're only meant to be on land when breeding.In 20w12a
