Ghost rail is created when pushing a rail on top of a gravity block which starts falling
The bug
When a rail is placed on top of a gravity block (sand, red sand, concrete powder, gravel), and both the rail and the gravity block are moved at the same time so that the gravity block falls down, the rail both drops and remains floating in the air as a ghost block until that block is updated.

Created Issue:
Pushing rails on red sand with a piston causes a ghost block that disappears after you retract the piston.
I created a redstone contraption similar to MC-2023, but all blocks are replaced with red sand. I activated a piston, and the rail dropped, but there was a ghost rail block. Check the attachment to recreate.

Has anyone even tried to fix it? Or are you guys still checking if my report is a duplicate?
