The Bug
When an iron bar is placed next to a wall, the upper corner will not connect correctly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Place down a wall and some iron bars next to each other so that they connect.
- Look closely at where the iron bars visually connect to the wall.
- Take note as to whether or not iron bars visually connect to walls.
Observed Behavior
Iron bars don't visually connect to walls.
Expected Behavior
Iron bars would visually connect to walls.

When an iron bar is placed next to a blackstone wall the upper corner will not connect correctly.

This is because of your angle. If you change the angle you can see the sides of the iron bar.
Although the sides not showing up at a certain angle might be a bug.

The Bug:
Iron bars do not visually connect to the bottom of an azalea.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place an iron bar next to an azalea.

Notice how they do not visually connect to the bottom of an azalea.
Additional Information:
Closely relates to MC-183732.
I would disagree that this is a duplicate. At this moment in time, we don't know whether MC-213958 is intended or not. What I was trying to say on this report was that iron bars physically connect to an azalea, however they do not visually, (at the bottom). See MC-183732 This is the same case with walls and iron bars. I hope this helps clear any confusion.
