The bug
Certain potions only obtainable through the /give command and not through the creative inventory despite Potion of Luck being in the creative inventory and having no survival crafting. Also a majority of them have unique textures like haste.

It's because potions for those status effects don't exist. (In a normal survival game, anyway.)
Nether does Luck but it is still in the Creative Inventory.
Works as intended, luck is the outlier and really should be removed from the creative inventory
This bug seems to be taken seriously, wow.
I feel like the bug is actually inverted. Luck ect SHOULDN'T be in the creative inventory because there's no way to encounter it normally. (Spawn eggs are obviously intended)
I would like to see these in the game and/or a way to make luck potion

All of these potions can only be obtained with CustomPotionEffects NBT, not via the Potion tag; creative only adds those with that tag. As for the unique colloring; the selected collor is just the same as the effect particle color.
I'm not saying that these should not be added (I believe they should), but I don't believe that this is a bug.
Perhaps the actual bug here is that there's an inconsistency in what effects can be obtained using Potion and which can't.
