The bug
In the attached image, you can see that the dripstone replaced the grass blocks in the ground when generating.
How to reproduce
Seed: -6976169815856568669 Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 9080.68 -40.18 807.95 -428.49 37.75
Similar to MC-207293, but with blocks

Found this in a new world right off the bat myself.
Fix suggestion: allow lava to occupy the same space.
