Directly breaking fire does not alert sculk sensors, but removing its supporting block correctly does
When almost any block besides fire is broken by hand, a vibration is sent to the sculk sensor and it activates, as per design. However, fire appears to be an exception - breaking a fire block by hand will not create a vibration despite this obviously being the breaking of a block.
Interestingly, breaking the block below fire does in fact cause the fire to out out a vibration as it breaks, which is the expected behaviour (the base block shown in these screenshots was just out of range of the sensors).

Events not detected in Bedrock but detected on java after preview 1.20.10.20:
- Stripping oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia and dark oak woods (strip logs and other woods emits vibrations correctly)
- Close chest boats/rafts and minecart (
MC-210707) - Horses Kicking (
MC-207522) - Collecting fishes, axolotls and tadpoles with water buckets (
MC-212503) - Cleaning items in water cauldrons (
MC-212428) (They also don't detect dying leather armor on cauldrons, use dyes to change water cauldron coloration and use cauldrons with potions to type arrows) - Minecarts in movement (without any entity riding it)
- Nametags being used (
MC-213585fixed as WAI but cause vibrations on java) - Directly breaking fire (
MC-207417) - Throwing eyes of ender
Should not be detected while sneaking:
- Stop charging crossbow
- Stop using spyglass
- Stop using brush
- Stop charging bow
- Stop charging trident
- Stop using fishing rod

Summary:
Sculk sensors don't detect some game events post-1.20.10.20 (MCPE-156199) as follows:
- Stripping oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia and dark oak woods (strip logs and other woods emits vibrations correctly)
- Close chest boats/rafts and minecart (
MC-210707) - Horses Kicking (
MC-207522) - Collecting fishes, axolotls and tadpoles with water buckets (
MC-212503) - Cleaning items in water cauldrons (
MC-212428) (They also don't detect dying leather armor on cauldrons, use dyes to change water cauldron coloration and use cauldrons with potions to type arrows) - Minecarts in movement (without any entity riding it) (
MCPE-170659) - Nametags being used (
MC-213585fixed as WAI but cause vibrations on java) - Directly breaking fire (
MC-207417) - Throwing eyes of ender
It breaks parity with Java.
Steps to reproduce:
- Do the game events mentioned with the sculk sensors next to it.
- Check as to whether or not sculk sensors detects it.
Observed results:
Sculk sensors don't detect it.
Expected results:
Sculk sensors should detect it.
