The enchantment glint isn't visible on dropped items.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Give yourself an item and enchant it.
- Drop it on the ground and observe if it has an enchantment glint.
Observed Behavior:
The enchantment glint isn't visible.
Expected Behavior:
The enchantment glint would be visible.

It also effect the item held in hand in third person, can you update the description?
I can confirm this bug in Minecraft snapshot 24w33a. The enchantment reappears when picked up in the picking up item particle and in the inventory.
