The chat says that it was killed though..

It depends if it detects an accurate position of the hitbox, in which the enderdragon has a huge or small one, I believe.
how is this unconfirmed?
i mean ..just summon an enderdragon and do /kill @e you will die an everything else but the dragon and the chat says that the dragon died too..
