I throw the bottle charmed particles are displayed in one place, and throw the bottle a little enchanted elsewhere. Sorry, I do not well versed in English, I'm from Russia, and I use translators from the Internet.

MC-45749@CubeTheThird the swirling particles appear in the wrong place. I'm guessing possibly at a high x/z coord causing a FPPE.
Can confirm the behaviour in 15w44b (swirling particles are off) what Techy4198 said. Even though the whole report is a bit unclear and should be clarified a bit.
Still in 16w15b, probably a dupe of
