MCD-25Mobs can respawn outside of the playable area
After dying to an enchanted creeper and respawning, 2 mobs spawned underground, far out of reach for the player.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a mission (Pumpkin Pastures in this case)
2) Die (to a enchanted creeper in this case) and respawn
Observed result:
The enemies spawn outside (under) the playable area
Expected result:
The enemies should be within players reach

This has been shown to appear across all maps from my testing.
Its happening randomly however without even doing those steps they'll spawn out the map still.
Weird bug I'd have to admit.
Is this the bug from Evoker summoning pets?
