Does the message appear all the time when logging in?
Yes, when logging in we get this message. We can click it away and play Minecraft but only offline. Logging in is no longer possible.
When will this issue be resolved? My children cannot log in for 2 weeks already now

I have the SAME issue except for it’s happening on my Nintendo Switch!!! My iPad 6 logs in just fine but my switch says everything you posted with either Code: Drowned or Code: Creeper. This has been for the past TWO weeks now. I kept thinking it’d get fixed but it hasn’t. I’m getting so annoyed. All of my accounts are on my microsoft including minecoins already purchased. Microsoft said if I can sign in on one platform but not another it’s not them. I’ve already spoken to Minecraft and they confirm issues with Mojang. Please fix this! I’m glad it’s not just me though. I was a half second from pitching my Switch out the window in frustration.

I'm so sorry about that. We don't know for sure when the issue would be fixed because we aren't the ones fixing the issues. We just carry them over to the people who do
Instead of waiting for the issue to be fixed, we can try to make the issue go away right now.
1. Have you tried to delete the application, and see if that would help? The option should be in Settings>General>Storage>look for the app and use the option "Delete app". It would clear all data including cache, which, I assume, would fix the issue. Then you would install the game again and you should be able to log in without any troubles.
2. Maybe try to create a new account and log in with it?
3. If I'm late to the party and you have already tried to do previous steps, can you tell me if you've tried any other workarounds, and with what results?
For how long the issue has been occurring? Ever since you installed the game the first time, or the issue came with an update? What was the last version that was working fine for you?

Option 1: we do not want to delete the app because we also lose all the worlds that have been build for the last few years. That would be devastating so surely a no-go.
Option 2: when creating a new user account we lose all settings and credits we previously accumulated, surely we do not want that. That is also like starting over.
Option 3: No, we really tried everything but there are more and more users having these problems. Please look more closely into the error code that is being generated. Surely you can have a look in the source code to see what is going wrong when this code is being generated? I was a programmer for many years in a previous job and debugging was part of my daytime job, I am sure you can also simulate this error message and debug / find out what is happening?
This issue came up with the last update. My daughter and I play this game for over 5 years now but since the last update my daughter cannot log into Minecraft anymore on her iPad. I also play Minecraft on a Samsum Tab and have no problems with the last update. Also on PC no problems but since we also play together on Realms, this is now no longer possible.

You know you don't lose any personal achievements, purchases or persona info when logging out, right? They are saved to your account.
And saved worlds are local to the game installed so you won't lose them too when just logging out.
We unfortunately do not have access to tools that do that, our responsibilities are different, so we can't see what exactly is happening wit the code. I logged the issue to our internal service, so we only can wait for them to fix it.

Your 'solution' to save Worlds by transferring them to Realms is only possible if you can log into your account which is the actual problem now
. We cannot log in so we can also not log into Realms of course. Also, no we do not lose achievements when logging out, we know that, but you proposed to create a new account so that way we do have to start from scratch. This is also not very helpful.
Things I’ve done that don’t work:
*Delete accounts from console
*Restarting device
*Creating a new account to use
*Completely resetting device to factory settings
*Removing all memory of Minecraft

Seeing what is written in the issue considering Creeper error, MCPE-120334, I honestly have no idea what should we do in your situation. It seems that nothing works to workaround this. Thank you for the information though!
This has started happening on my sons fire tablet so now he is locked out of our family realm. We get an error code called pufferfish.
You should try enabling storage permissions in app settings.
"You should try enabling storage permissions in app settings." this is not possible on the iPad or I do not know how to do this (cannot find these settings).
this is common just restart the game
this is caused by it automatically signing in slowly and you try to manually do it or it failed to do automatically because the game did not load right
With this error code u cant do any thing be side a a world someone is play near u playing

Just login from settings and not the main menu ! Enter the code given to enter in aka.ms/remoteconnect and all done !!!!

I have tried all of the above, adding Mincraft to the allow storage, tried signing in from the settings instead of the start screen.. keep getting the pufferfish error.
I was never asked to enter initial login information at any point in time so I don't know how to even provide my login details, let alone change them. There is no place to enter a code, as G-9 suggested. It just tells me it wont connect to the Microsoft account (which I guess makes sense, since it doesn't know what to connect to...)

For some reason, not just it is "Error Pufferfish" to me but didn't even load any world weather I change it to Application or External it is still the same
I am having the same issue as Hazwan is having where I can't login (Pufferfish error) or play any of my worlds. This is a major bug and we need a patch asap for this because some of us want to play and can't. if I make another bug report it will be about not being able to play any worlds at all. I will add the pufferfish screenshot to this but make another report about not even being able to play any worlds.

Please can an update be provided as I am unable to log in to Minecraft. No actual update has been provided since march 2021 and approved workarounds do not work
