MCPE-182036seems to have a video replicating the issue.This issue seems to be only for mali gpu users.

Yep it happened to me too, for me the UI screen don't show. Just completly black screen
It still not fixed in 1.21.20.22 preview for me
if you got black screen, it's mean your phone or GPU not supported
Same issue on xclipse 940 :/
