MCPE-33139No anvil step sound
Walking on an anvil plays no step sound. I see that this has been a problem in the past, but I don't see a current issue posted for it, so here it is.

In 1.16.0.55, I resorted to testing this by simply attempting to break it. However, this no longer works as the anvil now produces a sound while attempting to break it in 1.16.0.57.

My anvil inconsistently plays the “tink tink tink” sound and has broken without a sound as well.
