MCPE-41608Outdated info about Elytra in How To Play section
In the How To Play menu, scroll down to find the Elytra category. Within, it states that you can combine elytras with leather in an anvil to repair it. As we all know, this is not the case anymore, because you need phantom membranes instead.

That's very weird. It still affects 1.11 when it should've been fixed in 1.9.

This issue is possibly caused by the .lang file being outdated, in which a resource pack would be able to solve the problem
