So I was looking for wolves to tame, and so I went and started to explore for taiga biomes. I brought my bed with me so I wouldn't have to deal with mobs at night. After I tamed a couple wolves I set my bed down to sleep in because it was turning dark. I don't exactly remember what happened but I do know that I was standing on top of my bed for one moment, and then all the sudden my player falls down about half a block. I was really confused so I looked down and my bed just disappeared like it never existed before. I tried looking through my inventory and my hotbar but it wasn't there. So I had to deal with mobs the whole night
I couldn't find it in any chests when I returned to my home.So far this only happened to me once, and I would assume it's an extremely rare bug because I never heard of this happening to anyone else...?
Oh yeah btw in the fields above I listed "iPhone 6" but I was actually playing on the iPhone SE (there was no selective option for it, sadly).
“Cum” is a slang term in English that may make some people uncomfortable, which is probably why it’s censored :/
When items are put in falling water, they float up as if it's normal stationary water. This doesn't make much sense, and also breaks my current crop farm's mechanics. I used this design: https://youtu.be/FuLBnF8V-Sk
The crops are supposed to be transported through many down-flows of water, but with the current water physics the crops just pile up on each level and don't move anywhere.
To replicate, put a water source in mid-air or somewhere high to make the water flow downwards. Then throw some items into the water and watch as some of the most fundamental laws of physics and the universe are being broken.

I get that Minecraft is just a game and it doesn't need to follow physics, but this issue in BE doesn't occur in the Java. Items in the Java still move downwards with the water current in the latest snapshots. The items only float if the water is stationary.

am in the middle ofbuilding silentwisperer's nether fortress farm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REj2PM6Kw5U and I'm on the step where you put glass panes everywhere. I slabbed 4 chunks out each direction of the farm borders to increase spawn rates, and now I am having ghasts spawn very close to me in the glass-paned area. It's annoying because they often spawn close enough that they get aggroed at me right away and when they shoot the fireballs it explodes a lot of glass. I don't know if they are spawning on top of the glass panes or in them; there is a platform of solid blocks right below them.

Ghasts are able to spawn in/onglass panes

I have also observed Ghasts spawning inside of glowstone on the nether ceiling and getting stuck there.
I open the appand within a couple seconds on the loading screen it crashes on iPhone 11.After updating the app, I open it and within a couple seconds on the loading screen it crashes on iPhone 11.

This issue also makes it hard to destroy some end crystals without destroying the cage around it.
Preston Le: I tested in a mixed forest biome and it worked as expected and as described on the wiki.
There are additional prerequisite conditions, namely, the mob must be under open sky and not submerged in water. Are you sure those conditions were satisfied in your farm? If so, I'll reopen the ticket. Please mention if you were using a different version than 1.9.0.

As Preston Preston Le, this bug prevents the destruction of crystals in the end. This is the biggest impact on the gameplay, since unlike Java, in the bedrock, due to such hitboxes, it is impossible to destroy the crystal without climbing the pillar.

This happened to me again recently, near my house.
Same exact thing happens to me. Turning off wifi for iOS doesn't seem to help.
Same thing happened to me while chopping trees. I brought shears to collect the leaves and usually it goes through them really fast. But it would only do one at a time unless I started to mine the wood first, then move to the leaves.
You can use cobblestone to craft stone swords and a furnace
Same happens on iPhone SE, however I am still able to open the app. I found out that signing out of your Xbox live account when you’re not connected to WiFi seems to help.
Same on iPhone SE, every once in a while when I move my view side-to-side it becomes really jerky for a few minutes, then it goes away.
This also happens to me quite often (iPhone SE), however never taking more than half a heart of damage.
I was able to replicate this
I definitely agree. When they finally released 1.2.9, I was really excited to hear that you could activate coords without activating cheats. But when I went to my realm’s world options I was really bummed to find out that it’s still not even in the world options
Couldn't you just use a soul sand bubble column to move items up? Or do those not work on non-source blocks?
I’m having the exact same issue as Zachary above, only that after about 5-10 minutes it just says Failed and Cancel.
This also happens to me on android. It's not always orange but textures get messed up, seemingly when I exit out and rejoin.
This same exact issue has happened to me and a few others on my realm.
Please describe the mob grinder you have and how it worked. I've never been able to build a functional one on Bedrock Edition.
How often does it happen?
I think this issue still happened to our realm on 1.8
So are they planning to restore this back to how it was before then?
This is not a duplicate. That other issue was caused by the fire aspect enchantment making the Phantom burn to death without registering it as a player kill. In my description, you can see that I did not list fire aspect i or ii in my enchant list.
My issue was marked as a duplicate but it doesn't happen from Fire Aspect. For me it doesn't drop when I kill it with a Looting iii sword and a couple other enchantments.
I feel like the mob density cap check of a 9x9 chunk area before spawning should be changed because in my opinion that's a bit too large of an area, and can count the mobs that are saved way outside of your ticking area which causes slow rates.
The place where I keep falling is directly over my spawn. If you don't know where your spawn is you can always use a compass and follow it (you should end up in the intersection between 4 blocks). Then place a 2x2 water there or something to prevent you from dying.I don't know why people don't want to do this as it takes very little time, you don't have to put your stuff in a chest every time and you don't lose xp this way.
Eating does seem to cause this. A youtuber named silentwisperer made a video on this, Google "silentwisperer broken nether portals" and it should come up.
I've seen this with ender dragon charges too. I can still see the normal charge itself but the flashing green and yellow seems to be an overlay
Can confirm
It did not work during a thunderstorm for me yesterday. I made a charged creeper farm in an extreme hills biome so I thought that it didn't work because it snowed rather than rained, but I tried it in a mixed forest biome where it was raining and thundering and it still did not work.
Can confirm. I was trying to download my realm world and had sufficient storage for it but the message kept displaying until I did it on windows 10.
Can confirm. At first I thought this was intended (although very inconvenient and annoying) but this report made me realize that bulk crafting should be implemented to mobile versions of the game because windows 10 has it.
Can confirm
Oh, I'm sorry I forgot that you needed to actually hit a mob with the trident. I was thinking that the lighting would strike on any block you hit, not mob. When I shooted at my creepers I must've somehow missed.
^, fixed the issue for me.
Can reproduce
From my experience it seems that shulker boxes affect this severely on lower end devices, even if they are empty
In newly generated chunks?
Also having out the crafting recipies on the side seems to be a big contributor to lag on Classic UI. My inventory has crazy lag spikes when I have shulker boxes and some enchanted items but as soon as I turn off the crafting recipes on the side it runs almost as smooth as butter. This is also apparent when moving items to/from a chest or shulker box, there is no lag maybe because there is no crafting recipe menu.
Another thing I observed with the crafting recipes: If you first switch to a category tab with less craftable options on the left AND THEN turn off crafting recipes, the lag becomes even more reduced.
For me it seems to have worsened slightly in 1.10
I haven't thought to much of it, until now I realize how long this hasn't been fixed.
Still affects 1.11 on android but not on Windows 10 like before.
On 1.11.1 with my slow Android device, player inventory lag seems to be greatly reduced now, however chests seem to have much more lag than before when they contain many shulker boxes full of items.
xd
For me the issue is worse with shulker boxes full of stacks rather than enchanted items when interacting with a chest. e.g. Chest full of shulker boxes of Sandstone is worse than chest full of shulker boxes of enchanted books.
On my realm server, I was organizing my storage using shulker boxes within chests, and the lag caused one entire shulker box of stuff to disappear while transferring it from my inventory to the chest (relogging didn't help). Another shulker box disappeared but then reappeared like 5 seconds later in the chest. One time, opening the laggy chest showed all the old content previously in there before for a split second and then it switched back to the shulker boxes. I imagine these issues also carry over to ender chests and barrels too.
Edit: my missing shulker box came back after a day. Maybe I missed it earlier but I'm positive I scanned through everything when it was gone.
I'm guessing it wasn't a midnight zombie siege?
So you regenerate faster than you get damaged from drowning. Are you playing on Peaceful difficulty?
This behavior is not on Bedrock Edition. Also, does this mean other items can receive previously mutually-exclusive enchantments, like Fortune and Silk Touch on a Pickaxe???
Why does the cloud even have knockback? That makes no sense.
Be more specific
I've built silentwisperer's raid farm design and it tries to limit the available spawn blocks to a water platform at the top. But as shown in his video and happening to me in my realm, sometimes they spawn INSIDE solid walls and suffocate to death. One time a pillager spawned halfway out from the edge of the wall but was not pushed out, nor did it suffocate and I had to kill it manually.
It has finally been said!!!! Also, you can edit this bug report; change the project category from Bedrock to Mojang Web Services
Oh, I guess you aren't able to change that... well I guess you can create a new report or something
Yes, this happens to me every once in a while on both Java and Bedrock edition, without Feather Falling or being near liquids.
It took me somewhere around an hour to craft about 4 shulker boxes of melon blocks. My crappy tablet mixed with having an automatic sheep, pumpkin, and huge gold farm in the area also made it excruciatingly slow. Like to the point where I could make less than two blocks per second.
@Quintin Rearick there shouldn't be that I know of. It needs to be dark for them to spawn. Also, perhaps other mobs in the area are filling the mob caps
Affects 1.12. I'm wondering if there would even be a solution to this besides turning up the simulation distance (I can't because I mostly play on Realms).
Could it be that they were spawned there while it was dark? In Bedrock Edition, mobs get saved to their location when their chunks are unloaded. So when you return to the area in the daytime, it may just be loading back the old mobs.
infinite milk source :o
Can confirm. I would guess devs likely did this on purpose to put an end to auto trident killers because frankly they’re a huge exploit. Yet, Java was never intended to be able to build above the nether ceiling and look what kinds of farms people have made up there. Would it be an ok decision to put an end to that too? I am sure the devs are fully aware of that ability as well. Same with quasi connectivity in redstone.
I am having the same issue, it is requiring me to sign in every time I start up the app on iOS.
I have noticed this too, strange bug
Can confirm on iPhone 11, it crashes during startup.
Glad to see others have this issue also! Well not really glad, just relieved.
I am also getting the 426.7MB-max message on my Android device. But my Windows 10 computer is able to download it.
Still exists in 1.16.0 iOS
This issue also makes it hard to destroy end crystals with iron bar cages in the end. An arrow is unable to pass through the gaps.
Any discrepancy between what appears in the settings and what occurs during gameplay should be considered a bug. If the plan is truly not to implement keyboard/mouse support to iOS, at least remove the Keyboard & Mouse section from the settings to avoid confusion.
Bizarre bug. I’m also having this problem
