MCPE-101960:I have found the solution to this issue and could help many others who run into this issue if you are migrating email accounts.
SOLUTION: Assuming you are on PC, make sure that you have logged out and completely removed your microsoft profile from your PC. Log back into your PC with your microsoft account and make sure that on the microsoft marketplace your new email is shown and the same goes to the xbox companion app.
My issue: after a breif conversation with a microsoft tech agent on chat, we were able to find out that I was missing the (Xbox Companion App) which corralates all API's purchased on your microsoft profile to the games or in my case Minecraft to login and work properly.

MCPE-84857 was reported a long time ago (not seeing snow/rain through glass), I just reported same issue and it was stated as resolved. Its not resolved, there is no resolution. This has been a long time and wondering why its been being tracked for so long with no solution. The game never did this before so it would be nice to get more detail rather than just saying that its being tracked. Thanks

This sounds very similar to MCPE-84857, but is probably different, as by your description the game eventually loads, correct?
Do you get any loading screens whatsoever (red, mojang logo, % bar), or does the game launch immediately on a back screen? Please make sure your graphics drivers and system up are up-to-date.
If you use task manager, do you see any excessive use of any form of data?
__Having the exact same problem on xbox one. It shows the mojang screen and then just stays on a black screen indefinitely.
If possible, could you please include details about your system (RAM, CPU, GPU spec).
If you like you can run dxdiag and copy the relevant information from there. (Win+R → dxdiag) - be sure to remove any personal information, just the PC specs would be useful.
Operating system : Win 10 pro 64-bit
Processor : Intel(R) celeron(R) CPU N3060 1.60GHz (2 CPUs) ~1.6GHz
Memory : 4096MB RAM
It is pretty trash but it was running mc before update fine enough so idk y it doesn't work.

Exactly the same thing happens to me, but it happened after I had to turn off my pc because it froze, I couldn't do anything, as I explain in my incident "My minecraft screen in completely black", and when I enter the only thing I see is the text if I want to start a session or register

Having the similar problem on Android even after clean reinstalling the game from play store, after logging into xbox account the Minecraft stucks into infinite black screen then eventually crashes. Now it won't even let me to Sign in.
