When right clicking a saddled pig with a name tag it does not name the pig. You'll either start riding the pig, or move slightly when shift right-clicking.
This relates to
MC-14525, that fixed this issuefor tamed horses andadult villagers, but not for saddled pigs. Also relates toMC-2188andMC-19033.

The Bug
When a guardian attacks a player or a squid, the laser attack sound (and subtitle) will play at the same volume, even if the player is hundreds of blocks away.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enter creative mode and locate a large body of water.
- Summon both a guardian and squid in the water.
- When the guardian begins to shoot the squid, quickly teleport yourself 75 blocks up into the sky.
/tp @s ~ ~75 ~
- Listen closely and take note as to whether or not the minecraft:entity.guardian.attack sound lowers in volume depending on the distance between you and the guardian.
Observed Behavior
The minecraft:entity.guardian.attack sound doesn't lower in volume depending on the distance between you and the guardian.
Expected Behavior
The minecraft:entity.guardian.attack sound would lower in volume depending on the distance between you and the guardian.

I can confirm this, and that it occurs in Survival and Creative.
It seems to matter how you obtain the banner. If the base banner is taken from the creative inventory it works as expected. However, if the banner is obtained using commands (as I was doing via a command block), or crafted via the recipe, it doesn't.
Forced crash report as requested. Completed after crafting banner, and combining with shield in Survival mode.

I found a good example of this in a world I'm testing in (details below). From what I can tell these appear to be generated cobblestone, that is meant to be "supporting" the structure, to ensure it doesn't look like it's floating. But for some reason this is occurring away from the main structure, under things like trees, or even in nearby surface caves.

Also, I found this Mansion in a world generated in 16w39c, so I can confirm this happens in this most recent snapshot.

Similarly, if you update to 1.11 from a 1.10.2 world, where the location of a Mansion has already been generated, the locate command will still point you to the location, even though there isn't a Mansion there.
However, I expect I may need to raise a separate ticket for that.
