Dispensing water into a transparent block (stairs/slabs/fence etc.) works perfectly, however when the water is subtracted again it makes the block vanish aswell.
EDIT: After a long time searching for this bug i figured it was a duplicate of MC-126915, but it might be worth to mention that it still occurs in 18w16a

MC-126914sponge one.It's in 18w15a, too.
I've experienced this too. A water bucket dispenser will dispense water into a waterlog-able block (such as stairs) but when powered again remove the water AND the block (like stairs)
Confirmed for 18w19b.
Confirmed for 18w20c.
it is in 1.13-pre1
i have encountered it for some time now. but hasn't reported it.
have tryed with slabs and the same issue is till there.
