Parrot wing texture is reversed on the bottom
On the bottom side of both parrot wings, the texture is reversed (Left Picture), this is the same with the bottom of it's head, just above the beak (Right Picture). This is a problem on all parrots, but is most noticeable on the white variant.

The parrot wing texture at the bottom is reversed, causing a mismatch. This was fixed in the Java 1.18 pre-release. (MC-138118)
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
