MC-149663Cannot place signs on ladders
Attempting to place a sign on a ladder will cause the sign to either not be placed at all, or be placed on an adjacent block in front of the ladder.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Recreate the following setup:
- Attempt to place the sign on the ladder
Expected & Observed Results:
- The sign is placed with it's supporting block as the adjacent sign.
- The sign would be placed on the ladder.

Attempting to place a sign on a non-solid block that is not a sign will cause the sign to be placed in an unsupported manner.

Seems resolved in 1.16.4, sign just places fine regardless the orientation (facing property) of the ladder
I can still reproduce this in 21w03a.
