What I expected to happen was:
The arrows should point away from the text
What actually happened was:
The arrow point to the text
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change language to Hebrew
2. Turn on subtitles
note: Hebrew is written right to left so if you type "<>" in Hebrew it will be "><"
