Right clicking on horses, donkeys, mules and llamas with unusable items plays hand animation
When right clicing on a horse with something that cannot be used on it, the horse reacts accordingly, but a hand animation still plays when doing so. In line with MC-162036, this should be considerd an unsuccessful interaction and no hand animation should play.

You can’t use any items at all, (except, spawn egg, name tag) while targeting a horse and hand animation plays when trying. This was reported in MC-172557 and marked as WAI.
Duplicate of MC-172557
Attempting to use an item on untamed rideable mobs typically triggers an angry sound, but if you use a food item when the mob has a temper of 100, it no longer plays this sound (which occurred before 1.16-Pre-Release 1).
How to reproduce:
- Spawn a horse
- Continuously feed it golden apples
- Try to feed it more golden apples once it has reached 100 temper
Expected result
As with any other instance of failing to use an item on the horse, the horse should make an angry sound (see MC-172557) like before 1.16.
Observed result
Trying to feed the horse more food does not produce any sound.

Right clicking upsets them if you don't use an item they want, so it is intentional that the arm swings, since the action is still taking place
