Using bone meal on warped/crimson nylium can spread sprouts/roots/fungi to other grass blocks
Using bone meal on the warped/crimson nylium causes sprouts and roots of the nylium's type to grow. But if you have warped and crimson nylium next to each other and use bone meal on one of them, their sprouts can spread to each other and other grass blocks despite not growing there naturally.

Duplicate of MC-175232.
Relates to MC-175232 which is resolved as works as intended which means that this should be a bug.
The fact that nether plants spread to other blocks too is intended: MC-175232

This seems to be a bug already reported in MC-175232. If you haven't checked that out yet, the developers have said that this feature works as intended.
This is a duplicate of MC-175232, which has been resolved as Works as Intended, meaning that this works the correct way.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
This will be fixed in Java (MC-175232 has been reactivated). Whichever block you bonemeal should be the one that gets 'also grown' around. So if you bonemeal a Crimson Nylium, only other Crimson Nylium blocks should grow things. If you bonemeal grass, only grass blocks nearby can grow things..
Please note that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
