MC-207276duplicates this ticketI'm hesitant to mark that as a duplicate because this is too encapsulating of a ticket where it would overlook each case-by-case block state change. Something like a sapling growing an age wouldn't make sense to be detected, but a crop would as it is physically growing.
Rotating an item in an Item Frame is not detected, but does move in a sense.
