Subtitles "entity.drowned.ambient" and "entity.drowned.ambient_water" are identical, but show separately
The two translation strings subtitles.entity.drowned.ambient and subtitles.entity.drowned.ambient_water both are translated as "Drowned gurgles" in en_US, but show up separately in the subtitles.

This same idea can also be seen with drowned zombies. Simply using a spawn egg to spawn a lot of them quickly demonstrates this problem.
This is MC-215440 now.
There are a few more affected sound events. I've created separate bug reports for them, they all have the label identical-subtitles.
