Light blocks have particles when fallen on, despite not having them in most other cases

Light blocks themselves are intended to be invisible to all but the mapmakers utilizing them. Therefore, the existence of these particles is nonsensical. The expected behaviour would be for it to act identically to air in this case, not producing particles.

This issue was present in 23w17a but no longer occurs in 23w18a. This issue has been fixed in 23w18a due to the fix of
MC-1133.I can absolutely still reproduce this in 1.20-rc1 - it just requires something like carpets or boats to be fallen on while a light block is under the player at the point of impact.
