Able to place nether portal blocks in the End; teleporting to the nether won't load chunks
i use a command /give name 119 and /give name 90
i can't set a ender portal(ID119) in a nether but i can set a nether portal(ID90) in the end.
now when i go from the end in a nether portal, i portet in a nether but i have a purple screen, i esc the world an join now and i can see a nether world.

The Ender to the Nether with a Portal
i can't set a ender portal in a nether but i can set a nether portal in the end.

Chunks load now. Also, you can't obtain Nether portals nor End portals with the /give command any more. You have to use
/setblock ~2 ~ ~ portaland
/setblock ~2 ~ ~ end_portal

1. Go to end (e.g. /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal)
2. Place nether portal and go through (e.g. /setblock ~ ~ ~ portal)
Result: You can walk around and collide with blocks, also the biome appears in F3, but you can't see the blocks. It's like when chunks don't fully load because of lag, but everywhere.
Similar to MC-7169, but in current versions and the world does open, it's just invisible.

If I can decipher the description right, he is using "cheats" to create a portal from End to Nether, a portal which is afaik totally unsupported. However, apparently he can get almost there doing so, and after leaving and rejoining the world, he is fully in Nether, i.e. bypassing the intended case of no portals to Nether from End.
(At least in 1.4.7 the teleportation handling code is a bit naive in the way it checks from where and to where the player is going, possibly allowing such loopholes.)

Confirmed in 13w19a.
I did this using /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:portal in the end. Also, when glitched in this state sometimes you cannot fly through bedrock layers.
Added a screenshot of me trying to fly through level 122, the lowermost level where bedrock is generated on top of the nether. Sometimes it does allow you to pass through. Also /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:portal will get you out if you get stuck in the nether.
Confirmed for 1.7.9 and 14w21b.
14w21b same with placing the block end_portal in the Overworld and going trough, it also won't load the chunks

Yes it is.
I'd like to mention that when going to the nether from the end, a portal will not spawn like it does when coming from the overworld.
