MCPE-31091Block highlight box sometimes visible through other solid blocks
When a block constituting specific arrangements of blocks is highlighted, it is sometimes possible to see sections of the highlight in positions where it should not be visible.
To reproduce:
- Recreate one of the arrangements of blocks displayed in one of the attached screenshots
- Position yourself at an appropriate angle
- Highlight the highlighted block
A highlight at an illogical position should become visible.

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-31091.
Appears to affect the chest if block highlighting is used rather than outline, and is probably as a result of MCPE-31091.

I think that’s MCPE-31091. (That bug also affects the hitbox outline when outline selection is turned on.)
This issue is much worse in 1.16.201 Hotfix than what the original images on this report show. The image of the stair attached on 20/Apr/21 shows what it looks like in the current version.
Seems similar to MCPE-90780 and MCPE-31091.

Partially fixed in 1.2.13 in some cases. All images shown here originally still give the same glitched effect though.
