MCPE-42560No lily pads

Summary:
Lily pads are no longer being generated in the world, in swamp biomes for example.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start a new world using the "Cliffside Village" seed from the seed picker (-334399639)
- Teleport to /tp 340 71 -39 ~ 40
- Look for lily pads on the swamp water
- Compare this world generation with 1.9.0 or earlier
Observed Results:
Lily pads are not being generated in 1.11.0.1 and 1.11.0.3 Betas.
Expected Results:
Lily pads should still be generated in the world as usual.

This appears to be fixed in beta release 1.11.0.4+.

I don't have a screen shot, but the seed was Keyfort
Why it is reopened?
Reopened based on reports of this in 1.10.
Added a screenshot with coordinates and seed included.
World generated in latest Bedrock release (experimental gameplay toggled off) last weekend.
Hardware: 2017 MacBook Pro
Software: latest Windows 10 release on a virtual machine
I also have this on my Galaxy S8 in the latest non beta version - 1.10 I think?
I can confirm this is still an issue on my Switch: I can't find lily pads in swamps, no matter what the seed is.
