Bells hanging on the ceilling or side of a block
Brewing stand (MCPE-59922)
Cauldren (hitbox doesn’t go inside it)
Composter (hitbox doesn’t go inside it)

This also relates to MCPE-59928, where the outline doesn’t match the hitbox on some blocks.
They need to be reported individually. Most of them have already been reported. There are some blocks where the outline doesn't match the hitbox. For that see MCPE-59925. I would recomment to look at of the reports that are marked as related to MCPE-13758.
