Summary:
When a Player places a Block the block outline is rendered on the corners downwards on all sides or surfaces of the block regardless of the fact that they are not visible to the player when the crosshair is pointed at the block or should the player look at the block it self.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Grab a Block by Mining it or Grab the Block from the Creative Inventory.
Step 2: Place the Block.
Step 3: Aim your crosshair at the block so the blocks outline is visible.
Observed Result: The Blocks Outline is rendered on surfaces or sides of the Block or Any given type of block that can be put on a surface and the blocks surfaces or sides that the player can't see when their crosshair is pointed at it still shows a bit of outline being rendered.
Expected Result: The Blocks Outline should be rendered like Java on the visible surfaces that the player can see which means the outline should not be rendered on sides of a block the player can see instead of surfaces or sides of the block the player can't see on the corners downwards.
Note: This is a different bug than MCPE-59920

This issue also makes it hard to destroy end crystals with iron bar cages in the end. An arrow is unable to pass through the gaps.
Please Fix this Bug!
As Preston Preston Le, this bug prevents the destruction of crystals in the end. This is the biggest impact on the gameplay, since unlike Java, in the bedrock, due to such hitboxes, it is impossible to destroy the crystal without climbing the pillar.

It's the same with walls ofcourse.
I'm guessing this is unfixable since a hitbox must be box-shaped and the cross-fence/bars/wall goes to all four edges of the block...?
Glass panes and iron bars also have this issue.
