Zombified Piglins attacking you in Creative Modeduplicate
For some reason if we throw a splash potion of healing at Zombified Piglin and switch to Survival Mode and then go back to Creative mode, Zombified Piglins will attempt to attack you even on Creative Mode.
To do this:
1. Throw a Splash potion of Healing at Zombified Piglin2. Enter Survival mode and then go back to Creative mode
3. Zombified piglins will attempt to attack you even on Creative mode
Interestingly, this also happens in Spectator mode.

Is there actually an executable file? I did not put it there.
I think this happened because of a file pointer that is the same as .exe file, which tricks [Bot] Arisa into thinking that there is an executable file. It should only think of deleting .exe, .bat and other executable extensions.
The person responsible for adding an executable file is TweetHictory8796.

If we set randomTickSpeed gamerule to huge amount like 100000, Minecraft will then do huge lag spikes even though the frame rate is untouched. This is so weird, why a single gamerule should create that big lag spikes!? It even goes outside of the screen!

To reproduce it, enable "Subtitles" in Accessibility Settings, then enable Alt + F3 debug screen. Once you do this, wait until number of sounds is enough, then look carefully at the subtitles. You will see that subtitles are being overlapped by the Alt + F3 debug screen text, even though they are darkened by the subtitles background. This occurs in any language.

Previously everything worked great, I had the monitor in the NVIDIA panel overclocked to 75Hz but Minecraft wasn't catching the monitor at 75Hz so I attempted to fix it many times, and I fixed it just by updating the monitor drivers from windows to the monitor manufacturer drivers and everything worked fine, but I had to reinstall the system and I overclocked the monitor and minecraft was not catching the monitor so I did the same thing as before updating the monitor drivers but now I cannot change the monitor resolution after turning on the PC and I have to restart the whole system to be able to play CS because there I play at 1440x1080 resolution, then I wanted to check windows 11 and exactly the same thing happened.

This is probably not a feature request, since this completely changes how commands by player work compared to command blocks.

Yes, it is done by Crowdin community, but this one probably turns out to be a Minecraft bug, since this affects all languages, and if Crowdin community did this already, it would appear almost instantly. However, it turns out that Crowdin only accepts one language on each topic, which would make it even crazier if posted there.

Turns out that this is actually an exploit. Older entities are not erased from the world, which allows infinite mobs. They should be erased from the world, or made the game avoid spawning these entities already spawned in that location, to prevent the second part of the exploit from working.

Seed: -3690904906524765661 Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @s -386 67.00 -443.78 168 -18To make sure it is not the same as nether plants use the setblock command in the air with fire and crimson roots:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ fire /setblock ~ ~ ~ crimson_rootsThen, only the fire disappears instantly while crimson roots waits for the block next to it to update, suggesting that a different code is used for fire placement.

You can also trigger the chunk corruption/deletion duplication. (

The ThreadedAnvilChunkStorage claims that all chunks were saved, even though that's not true.
[Mojang] Billy Sjöberg I can't because of the useless 10MB file limit!
The server_selection.png and resource_packs.png are the exact same textures, with different layout. This is memory-consuming, as they could use a single image instead. This is inconsistent due to it having exact same textures.

When "Not a list: (number) gets logged, then after a few seconds, the whole server crashes but the client does not. This also prevents closing by X-ing out window, and you have to use Task Manager instead.
If Allay spawn attempts are made, the whole server freezes when trying to load that chunk. This also forces us to kill OpenJDK process, since this softlocks the game after trying to close it.

A duplicate, you know.
I experienced this crash too because of a bee, except it didn't render the world unplayable, since the entities file didn't get saved.
Using /kill @e[type=bee] didn't work because the bee spawned inside of a problematic block.

@Fannic64, is there a reason why you are commenting on a 4 year old report without any recent activity? Or did you comment on the wrong report by accident?
If you have a look at the history of MC-70010, you will see that I copied the description from this report here to MC-70010 4 years ago, which is why they have the same summary and description.
Fannic64 I've been trying to reproduce this without luck. Could you upload the affected world and coordinates so we can do some thorough profiling on it?
Fannic64 can this still be reproduced in 22w06a or later?
Fannic64, you can upload the world to a reputable file sharing service such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, MediaFire, etc... and then share the link here so that the team can investigate this problem.
Fannic64 Do you have any proof of this?

Even though it is a duplicate, it actually shows how to correctly do this.
MC-181604is actually a story of what happened.I already know this. So I shouldn't make this thread.
This reminds me of gold nuggets being made of for example like iron or stone or even netherite
It even makes me think like wait, are Piglins blind or something?

Before you say that the report is invaild, you need to wait for Mojang's comment.
Both bugsbugsbugs and me reported this almost at the same time, so it is pretty interesting.
This probably happens because the RAM space that is responsible for adding RAM pointers to map textures became very small, causing them to run into other graphics addresses as well, and Minecraft doesn't cap them at all. This is requried for all maps to work. I think the only way to fix this is to move unused RAM space next to map textures and make them used for map pointer textures. Or probably because map textures pointers override other graphics pointers completely.
This possibly happens because if 2 or more entities spawned on the exact same frame, Minecraft fails to specify the second RAM pointer which makes RAM pointers to add them in the exact same place where the entity graphics pointers are located. If you encounter this in vanilla Minecraft, then you know this was the cause.

This report is invaild because there is no way it can be blurred, It must be your graphics card issue or your HDMI input (the age of it can cause blur effect to occur).
I don't think so. Villagers are humans. We do not kill any humans to earn.
The graphics card is probably not designed for gaming, I think.
Well, okay. But it still makes no sense.

It seems that OpenGL 3.2 Core profile uses new texture attributes, which tricks old drivers into executing invalid GPU commands, effectively breaking the game in the process.

The game does not save this attribute due to an error.
We might get this even though we still have more free memory, if this happens then file pointers are invaild in some programs.
I tried the same thing and this does not happen in my device, so I think it has to be a graphics card issue.

No, since text overlapping each other was not listed in MC-117308.
This is a bug, since this did not happen in previous versions.
This makes all entities "teleport" after a second.
This might cause some bugs with terrain generation, basically making chunk errors literally everywhere.
This is very rare, people think that this is a bug in terrain generation, literally.
The arrow deflected by ender dragon makes end portal force-set the arrow state to burning. No sense.
This works in other mobs too.
If the game threats single player as multiplayer, then it is a crazy bug.
The game should not threat singleplayer as multiplayer, if we lose connection to internet, it would probably make it impossible to play.

FPS does not decrease, but everything in the world is lagging.
And if a neutral mob like zombified piglin sees something like this happening, what is the point of not retaliating if they are rammed by goats?
I know, but we can see them even though we are technically not inside (I mean that we are some units away from it), which is why I would say this is a bug.
Normally, this is suppossed to look like this, for example like pig has:
But in case of a cat it is the opposite day.
This seems to be hard to record, this happens in weird cases or something I don't know. But I will try.
This occurs very randomly, and I don't know how to recreate this.
The ping (ms ticks) is not supposed to be in singleplayer, otherwise this craziness happens.
Maybe this happens due to a problem that occurs with integrated servers?

This is actually because entities load faster than chunks, which cannot be fixed in any way.
And then the image got corrupted.
Partially, the parent ticket does not say about lag spikes occuring in certain values.
It only says about world freeze, and not lag.
But okay, I know Polish so what the fyck is the point of not doing so when you don't even know Polish!?
This also seems to happen in Java Edition, see

MC-218803.No. 100% invaild.
This does happen with every single datapack.
He's using a modded client! Invaild report.
I think it can be avoided by using main entity IDs (like 6e03b567-5460-4229-bc4b-72c53c7e6fbf) instead of UUIDs (like [I; 1430853744, 2053259869, -1963946807, 1023847181]).
This is so unfair and cursed, they should not even sleep in Nether and End!
It appears that this also occurs in vanilla. Decompress the 1.17.1 jar, then go to assets/minecraft/text/splashes.txt and when you find it you will see the same bug.
Edited the image so you can see which color is used additionally. This wrong color is 0x785836.
Actually I saw this first, I did not report this because of privacy.
This is likely due to a program that overrides the server connection on Minecraft, which will always cause this.
TLauncher is intended for people who cannot run Minecraft through Minecraft Launcher.
The reason why DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - afd.sys occurs is probably due to a processor buffer overflow, that occurs when Minecraft process hits 100%, I think when that overflow happens, it causes other processes (including cmd.exe) to be frozen. However, Windows threats this as a driver failure, causing a system crash. This overflow only occurs on processors that do not know how to handle this overflow. I don't know if I am right, since I don't have any crash debugger software at all. I think this means that if you are using that processor that has that overflow bug, you might trigger a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - afd.sys crash.
I think the workaround this is to add a processor usage cap (for example, if it is set to 80%, Minecraft won't be able to reach higher processor usage that this value).
This is a VERY CRITICAL bug, it must be fixed no matter if you want to fix it or not.
I don't know what to say, but as far as I know the PC doesn't crash.
This is due to a bug between coordinates for woodland mansion and map where it was taken, for example, there is a chance that the map will show a woodland mansion, but then it turns out it is actually 1000 blocks away.
You see at the end of video saying it was vanilla all the time?
If not, then I think you're blind.
Any bug that causes the whole PC to crash are ALWAYS VERY CRITICAL.
This happens with silverfish and endermites too.
Yes.
And now this report is invaild.
It is a normal thing to not know that these comments were unhelpful, it is impossible to already know it right after I posted the first comment.
I know that it is not a discussion, but if you don't want me to do this, then okay.
Only chunk-relative is present, which this one has to be hidden when reducedDebugInfo is enabled.
@Mustek No. I say that all computers can handle this because the framerate does not drop, therefore meaning it is most likely an issue in integrated server.
There should be a check that the pillagers can only spawn when all blocks above it are transparent blocks.
This behavior is weird, since it just modifies the NBT Tag, so I don't think it makes sense.

Yeah, this is hard to reproduce due to MC-147332. Try doing this after you hear the wandering trader drinking for the second time, if it does not work, then someone needs to provide reproduction guide.
However, once you open the game, you might see that it is actually vanilla. Very confusing.
Can confirm in 1.17.1.
Probably not. The wireframes were not mentioned in MC-167532.

This happens with spiders, phantoms and probably ender dragons too.
This one is partially a copy/duplicate of MC-218015, since my ticket explains about mobs, not other entities.
It does say that we cannot use offensive ones, but this one clearly isn't! Someone must create a different message instead of misleading one.
Just similar to
MC-218803.Just similar to
MC-218803.What's happening here is that the GPU core tries to stretch EVERY SINGLE TEXTURE loaded into FULL SCREEN, WITHOUT ANY TEXTURE CROPPING, which isn't suppossed to happen. It also even allows to see unused textures.
This reminds me of someone using debugger in Cheat Engine just to mess with graphics pointers only to crash Minecraft.
How this can be intentional if Java Edition has this?

He's using vanilla Minecraft, but he is actually using a vanilla (original) datapack and other datapacks that are not in the correct format at all therefore making this ticket invaild. There is no way that this graphics card and drivers could do this. No graphics card options could cause this. If this is not caused by malware or programs interferes with Minecraft, then
MC-218803would happen instead.Well, they actually do. Datapacks with invaild formats can cause this garbage to happen, there is no way graphics card can cause this.
I would say that "vanilla datapack" has to be somehow corrupted, no graphics card or driver can ever cause this.
Well, he's actually using an non-authorized launcher.
This behavior is not intended, it is suppossed to summon them on all entities, and total number of entites times, but this command even affects newly-summoned evoker fangs. Why?
Please don't try to copy everything from a ticket.
This should not be intentional as zombified piglins are normally passive to villagers.
Please provide a screenshot with F3 debug screen enabled, or a F3 + C crash report attachment.
Is duplicating
MC-229556.This bug happens because the game registers goat attacks as "one hit kill shot", even though the target is still alive. One hit killing will still cause piglins, hoglins and piglin brutes to retaliate. The only workaround I think should be working is to either "secretly" adding goats to their friends, or make the game attempt to completely remove "the attack owner".
Nope, if something like this happens even if you are connected to the internet, Minecraft services are probably hacked.
Invaild.
Copy/Duplicate of
MCL-16570.Unfortunately, there is no point of doing so, since this was present before the snapshot came out, therefore meaning that "Johnny" Vindicators attacking baby villagers is intentional.
Unfortunately, this makes no sense for Singleplayer, it should be only intended for multiplayer.
Yep. I don't know how that happened, but this is very weird.
I know you're modding Minecraft. Please stop.
Please attach the screenshot or the video with F3 debug enabled.
No. We would be able to only crash multiplayer servers if there was no limit, but it is impossible to crash singleplayer server, therefore meaning that chat limit on Singleplayer is unintentional.
Invalid, this is a technical support issue.
This is a Bedrock Edition issue, since you are using PlayStation 4.
This issue probably happens because the game tries to load a chunk that spawns blocks above Y=256, some CPU processors are unable to process this correctly, which will result in a crash. But we are right, this did not happen before terrain generation change, which is 1.17.1.
There is a brief moment where
MC-234406has occured.Copy/Duplicate of
MC-218803.Your game is also modded as well.
This report is invaild. Only Bedrock Edition exists for PS4, and PS4 doesn't even support Java!
That datapack I used is Random Blocks World. It still works but it is incorrectly formatted.
This issue is likely caused by antivirus or malware.
Confirmed for 1.18 Pre-release 4.
This ticket is still invalid, you're using a modified client.
This command does not work in 22w05a due to a change in spawner's NBT. So here's a modified command:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ spawner{SpawnData:{entity:{id:"minecraft:experience_orb"},Delay:1s}} OLD COMMAND: /setblock ~ ~ ~ spawner{SpawnData:{id:"minecraft:experience_orb"},Delay:1s}Confirmed for 1.18.1.
Turns out, Glow Squids are programmed to spawn in any block that has #minecraft:water tag, which is what causes this craziness. The game also does not check if there is a larger area for Glow Squids.
Glow Squids should only spawn in minecraft:water, not in all blocks containing #minecraft:water.
This is due to an unexpected color space conversion that happens when only 8 colors are ever used. This is possibly due to a fix of an issue that involves graphics rendering.
Although it shows
MC-45602, I haven't mentioned it at all, so this should be ignored and I don't think this is a duplicate. This ticket relates to TNT destroying blocks outside of Bedrock container, which my ticket does not explain this at all. And my ticket explains damage to entities done by Creeper. 0% duplicate.

It is impossible to get Java Edition on a console right now. So this report is invalid.
Relates to
MC-248378.I think something like this happens due to Fletching Table using GUI group 0xFF, which is not a valid one.
Yep, he's using OptiFine mod.
[~moesh] No. That ticket does NOT mention anything about fire generating in the air.
Fire is NOT a nether plant (although this looks like at first).
You say that it is intended to apply any enchantment to anything? BUT WHAT ABOUT /ENCHANT COMMAND?
Confirmed for 1.18.2 Pre-release 1.
The reason why this happens is probably because the chunk buffer is too short, and it runs into Minecraft Launcher's RAM, possibly triggering CWE-121.
I did not experience the launcher crash at all, likely because the buffer itself wasn't too short,
We basically need to figure out the Minecraft RAM address space, otherwise we won't be able to see where the crash occurs.
Can confirm in 1.18.2 Pre-release 3.
Yes.
Oops, I forgot to zip the world file first.
