MC-126073Comparator doesn't update when using /item replace on a hopper

Created Issue:
hopper coparator replaceitem
First, i'm not good at english. So if my sentence is wrong, please just understand well.
I set 'hopper' and 'coparator' and used command 'replaceitem' to set item in 'hopper'.
But the 'coparator' didn't work. So I tested same work('replaceitem' and 'coparator') to the 'chest'. And it worked.
I did it to 'brewing_stand'. And it also worked.In my test, only 'hopper' has the problem.
I captured only 'hopper' and 'chest' but 'brewing_stand' also worked.Environment
