The bug
When the "Open pack folder" button on the datapack or resource pack selection screen has focus (i.e. by pressing the TAB (↹) key), its hover text "Place pack files here" shows everywhere on the screen. This does not happen with the other tooltips in the game menus.
How to reproduce
- Open the resource pack selection screen
- Press TAB (↹) until the "Open pack folder" button has focus
- Move around your mouse
