The background string "Want to get your own realm" interferes with the text in the foreground "Realms is ...".
The background string "Want to get your own realm" seems to overwrite (interfere) the text in the foreground "Realms is ..." and cause it to look broken. It's nice to see when the window height changes - first a gray window with black text appears and then a delayed green text on the background.

Can confirm in 1.16.4.
Can confirm in 1.17.1. In order to reproduce this issue, you must not be a member of any realm. You also may need to adjust the size of your window.
The small "Renew" button text also interferes with the realms popup.
