Powder snow bordering water causes z-fighting issues from a distance
Powder snow texture looks glitched when looking it throught the water at least 24 blocks away. If player is standing still, gliched texture stays still but if player moves, texture will shake.
- Make water cube or wall using fill command
- Make wall of powder snow leaving 1 block gap between powder snow and water source
- Go back at least 24 blocks and look powder snow wall throught the water

When viewing glow lichen from a distance, z-fighting is visible.
In the screenshot above, the glow lichen is placed above white concrete. However, this is easy to reproduce with any opaque block. It's also visible with transparent blocks, but it may be more difficult to notice.

How to reproduce
- Fill a large area with an opaque block
- Fill the block above the opaque blocks with glow lichen
- Fly away
Z-fighting occurs between the glow lichen and the block behind it

Could you please provide some steps to reproduce? I'm unable to get the powder snow to border water like that. It immediately gets washed away.
