MC-61489Book GUI is not vertically centered
The Bug:
The book Gui displays at the top of the screen. This is kinda annoying and seems like a bug. This happends since the Writing Book gets added.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Obtain a book and quill.
- Set your GUI scale to a small value, for example, "1".
- Open the book and quill.
- Take note as to whether or not the book GUI is vertically centered.
Observed Behavior:
The book GUI isn't vertically centered.
Expected Behavior:
The book GUI would be vertically centered.

This seems like a very simple fix. Doing a quick test in fabric seems to reveal the following change: https://gist.github.com/mworzala/9a8d86803784c9c81aac77d9a7f9fb2b. Obviously naming would be slightly different in a non-decompiled copy, but it should be very similar.
