Minecart with TNT lighting error
When using the splash potion of night vision, I placed the minecart with TNT onto a rail, and the TNT was completely black due to a lighting error.

While using the splash potion of night vision to light my way in a cave, I placed theminecart withTNT onto a rail, and the TNT was completely black due to a lighting error.The part in the minecart of minecarts with hopper, furnace, TNT, spawner, command block or CustomDisplayTile appears completely black when the light level of its block is 0, even with night vision. This does not affect minecart chests or the lower minecart part.

Attached a .zip with a few files in it - the TNT cart gets darker or lighter depending on the light level, as opposed to being black in light level 0 and normal in 1 and higher.
Confirmed for 16w04a. Happens with Command Block Minecarts, too.
Confirmed for 1.9-pre1. It affects furnace, tnt, hopper and command block minecarts, but not chest minecarts.
Confirmed for 1.13.1.
Seem to be fixed in 19w45b.
