Looking at any entity with the glowing effect makes the screen black and entities white.
Any entity within my view turns my screen black and the entity white. Works on both players and mob, single player and multiplayer, spectral arrows and /effect, happens with and without resource packs.

Cannot reproduce in 1.11.2.

i have that exact same problem its in every version that has the glowing effect even 1.11.2

Looks like a duplicate of
MC-89755given that the GUI is still visible as described in that report.I am having this problem as well. From versions 1.9 to the latest pre-release. I shoot a mob with a specter arrow and the glow effect causes my screen to go completely black, looking away puts everything back to normal, looking back once again makes the screen go black. crash-2017-05-29_18.33.44-client.txt
I can confirm this is on 1.12.1 and on a NVIDIA GTX 1060m
This bug might be caused if you have the option `fboEnable` set to false
Can confirm that changing fboEnable from false to true fixes the problem.
Is this still an issue in Minecraft 1.13.1? If so did you have fboEnable set to false?
