Duplicates MCPE-30224.
I have a hunch some of these issues may be MCPE-30224 manifesting in a different way. The first change that happens to the title screen is replacing the "Signing in to Xbox Live" message with a pair of buttons. If the texture pack has messed up the UI, this could cause a crash that, because of the timing, looks like it's associated with signing in but is only so incidentally. You might actually be signing in successfully, but crashing because of a texture pack.
You might want to check MCPE-30224. It has workarounds for deleting texture packs from outside the game. Android users can, I think, figure it out from the Win10 workaround, just ignore the folder path names up to com.mojang.
This idea doesn't appear to have helped anyone. Please disregard it.

Bug reports are only accepted in English, sorry.
I think the issue you are having has been reported already at MCPE-30224, and is resolved by removing any third party resource packs.

This is probably caused by a third party add-on (see linked ticket for more details).

You may need to remove any outdated texture pack files manually, or reinstall your game completely. (but make sure to back up your saves first!)
Please search before reporting, as it's likely that one exists already.

Marcus O'Hanlon Please don't attach unrelated screenshots to reports. The issue you're having is MCPE-30224.
This sounds just like MCPE-30224, which first occurred in the 1.2.9 release in January. Have you not played since then? If you haven't, this is probably the same problem, caused by third party texture packs that are out of date. Updating or deleting the texture packs will fix that problem.

Same to me
same to me too
I’m sure it has to do with the ‘bug fixes’ of last update, as it might be a change in texture for the ui. If you’re on the Windows 10 Edition, I’m not sure as some screenshots show no resource pack in use.
This issue occurs with the Faithful64x64 texture pack, and possibly others. Can you reproduce the problem with no texture packs active?
Possible workaround for Windows 10:
To remove texture packs, go to your %UserProfile\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\resource_packs folder and delete the subfolders. This is equivalent to deleting them in Settings > Storage within the game, but you can do it outside the game.
If you have texture packs applied in specific games (game settings > Resource Packs), you may have to remove those as well.
I don't know how to get into the setting on pc to change or remove texture packs from my iPhone. the faithful pack is not showing on my mojang account on pc. I cant get into setting on iPhone because the game will not load.
Possible workaround for iOS:
On iOS, connect your phone to a PC and use iExplorer or iFunbox to access the game files. Go to apps/Minecraft/games/com.mojang/resource_packs and delete the subfolders for the packs causing a problem. Or, you can just delete the resource_packs folder itself, which will delete all of them.
well, i found one resource pack tho. I deleted it and it worked! thanks Auldrick
@Krystof - Sometimes there can be texture packs present that don't show up in the menus. Try checking the folder I mentioned above. If there are any subfolders, delete them. Then look in the minecraftWorlds folder (it's in the same parent folder as resource_packs) but don't delete any subfolders (those are your worlds). Instead, look in each subfolder (they have random names) for a resource_packs folder, and delete its contents.
If all the resource_packs folders you find are already empty, so you found nothing to delete, be sure to let us know. The difference is that in that case, this could be a bug in the actual game and not a texture pack problem after all.
Also note the non-pixelated splash, text and icons
This also happens for iPad Pro

Any issues with third party content (add-ons, resource packs or behaviour packs) need to be taken up with the creator of the content.
You may need to remove any outdated texture pack files manually, or you might want to complete a fresh install of your game (but be sure to back up your world saves first!).
Further help can be sought from the content creators or via the community.
