After i forced a crash, minecraft wouldn't log in. Then, when I could go on, it couldn't connect to minecraft.net even though it was up. I'm not shure this is a problem, but id rather play online.
The screenshot above (not mine) is in 1.4.7, not 1.4.6. I could change to 1.4.7, but id rather stay in 1.4.6 for now.

The seeds do not drop.
I hit the newly planted seeds and expected seeds to drop.
Instead, nothing dropped. It's a real pain to get more seeds.
To reproduce:
1. plant seeds . 2. Hit them.
I used a kindle fire HD.(UPDATE) This is no longer a problem.
First, ignore Luis Alberto Robles Hernandez. He is not an admin, and is not serious. The cause of this is probably the wheat drop "falling" under the block, a known glitch.
I was mining one day, and I made myself an iron pickaxe. When I mined stone, it took the same amount of time as a stone pickaxe.I expected it to take less amount of time.
(UPDATE) I believe this is not a problem.
It depends how deep the water is. I know that horses will only kick you off if the water is more than two blocks deep. I'm not sure if this bug occurs on servers. (08juan80, could you tell me what server you were playing on? I'd like to know a server that is updated to the latest snapshot and to further investigate this bug).
I also like to add that the horse may just be kicking you off when it shifts to any lower than two blocks. For example, if water level is at y 67, if the horse goes below y 65 (even if it is y 64.9999...) it will kick you off. Correct me if I'm wrong, though, this is only what I think. Could someone test if this is present in 13w17a?
This is a duplicate of
MC-13620. Even though this one is marked as a duplicate of your report, the other one was reported first, and the other bugs in the description should be transitioned to the other one.
I was riding a horse, and it fell into water 3 blocks deep.
What I expected to happen was: The horse would float to the surface of the water and continue on.
What actually happened was: The horse did not come back up, and it drowned to death.
This is annoying in both survival and creative as I have to find and train another horse. This does relate to an issue stating horses kick you off in water deeper than one block. This also affects all the versions after 13w16a

Untamed wolves and ocelots disappear

I belive it is not a duplicate, because it happens while playing. There are also bugs more than just floating in midair.
I've had this bug/glitch too, quite a lot. After a while of playing, it gets annoying. Sometimes, like spiders, completely sink in the ground and you don't know they're there until they attack. This bug happens quite a lot in 1.4.6.
Id like to attach some screenshots, but it doesn't work.
No, I didn't drop them. They continuously looked hostile when I spawned them. They also didn't land on or touch any harmful item (Ex. Rain, cacti, fire).
The screenshot above is one that is not hostile. It is also bugged as it fell through a block as a bug.
This mob showed no hostility twards me
I guess it was a temporary glitch. You can close this report if you like.
This mob sinked and looks hostile while it's not.
Correct. It didn't kill me when I tested it.
I am sure I did not hear it. My volume was at max.
Then why didn't you put "works as intended"?
I could still pick up the item, but the appearance was buggy.
Also happens in 13w01b.
Same here.
Confirmed with the snapshot 13w02a
This is confirmed with 13w02b
Hope they change it soon
The creeper got stuck.
In 13w02 b, most slabs work.
when are they going to have a fix version?
Does anyone think this bug/glitch will be fixed in1.5, when they make a new way to render the game?
You have a point, but I expected it not to play.
I feel your disappointment.
It all makes sense that the mobs would act that way since they forget there AL when in stationary water. The lands should have less water per meter (block) anyways.
I have no problem in 0.5.0
They fixed it.
I get it a lot for 6.1 . If you have a map with overhangs, they get it a lot.
They should have fixed it by now.
Confirmed for 1.5 official
Your screenshot is because of the render distance. Mine, however, is a graphical glitch when you walk over the "unused" part of the world and look down.
I tried it on my kindle fire HD and it doesn't work.
I also find it impossible to pause the game. I almost died because I didn't know it didn't truly pause the game.
Actually, after watching the video, I can pause the game, but mobs still attack me.
I tried it even near water, but some of them implanted themselves.
Ok, I get what your trying to say. Do you think my pictures relate to your topic? I would classify mine as a "graphical glitch".
It also happens to do so on pistons, repeaters, and wooden buttons.
Confirmed in 1.5.1 official.
It still is a problem in 1.5.1
Eric Goulet, you do have a point about it relating to
MC-119.Boats can also do this if the boat is next to or in a wall of some sort upon a reload of the world. That's where I see it the most.
This is what's basically happening. Thanks for the explanation.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think what happens is that upon reload, the "block" it is in takes the boat as in an invalid spot, so it moves it up a block, thus a "floating" boat.
I'm sorry. I mis-understood this problem. And yes, this is a "works as intended". I would appreciate it, though, if you didn't edit your comments so much, so I won't keep receiving 12 e-mails for two comments.
I'm the one who should be apologizing. I understand. Thanks for explaining this. I got confused on another bug where seeds are not dropped. I was not thinking straight when I posted my first comment, which I deleted.
I have tested and confirmed it being affected in later versions, such as 1.4.7 and 1.5.1 .
Confirmed for 0.6.1
It also occurs on the windows 7 platform in creative.
It also happens for the kindle series. Although I can't pause while moving, mobs and other factors like water currents still affect the player.
This is confirmed with 1.5.1.
Even though it has become more rare, I can most commonly find it in a superflat world.
It is still a problem in 0.6.1, although mobs can get out of stationary water if land is near. Mobs in oceans, though, don't move.
I, too, believe this is an invalid/works as intended. The chunks are still loaded, but mobs are in a "paused" state.
O.k., I understand what you're saying. I, too, get that. I thought this was something that is normal. Some programs have spikes like this, but it is not as severe as you are telling me now.
Confirmed for 0.6.1.
It isn't limited to mobs, any sound. Like the hurt sound if a creeper kills you. I'm not sure if PE can play two different sounds for some sounds, as the creeper&hurt sound or water&mob sounds.
Yes, I agree.
I'm not sure if it relates to it, or is a duplicate.
It also occurs when mobs play their sounds. When I got hurt, the noise did not play because the mob was playing its sound.
Yes. It is a problem in 0.6.0 and 0.6.1. This also occurs on the kindle fire HD.
I believe it may be the coordinate lines that are made visual to the player at a certain angle.
I think it is a "works as intended". Endearment are not provoked below their waist.
This shouldn't be intended in my opinion, but this is normal.
I cannot reproduce this. I can go into water 2 blocks deep. After that, horses are supposed to kick you off. When horses go back on land, I can get back on them normally. (Sorry for the multiple edits)
This is not a bug. The sound files have not been added yet.
This is a duplicate of
MC-13645.This is confirmed in 1.5.1 and 13w16a as seen in the screenshot.
I do agree. My point I was trying to make is that the hit box/behavior is off.
I can find this bug in superflat worlds such as the one I play often. How I find it is by flying more than 20 blocks high, and go in the direction of an unloaded chunk while still flying.
I am able to produce this. This may not happen every time, but it does occur.
While this was happening, I couldn't pick up drops when my horse kicked me off and drowned.
My last comment was wrong. I'm not sure if this occurs in multiplayer. This bug never existed. Horses only kick you off if the water is deeper than two blocks.
This is not a duplicate. This one was created before
MC-13774. This one isMC-13620. The other one is a duplicate of this one.The invalid rendering of picking up items and placing blocks should be added to the description.
This is no longer a problem with the more recent snapshots. If you do, however, find the bug to be occurring again, please say so. Otherwise, it has been fixed.
This is working as intended. I cannot produce and should be marked invalid. I don't know why this is an issue.
Horses are supposed to kick you off in water deeper than two blocks.
So you were using 13w17a?
This is not a duplicate. This is the first of it's kind, and should be reopened.
With the current versions, horses are supposed to kick you off. This is not a bug. This is intended behavior. I do agree with Eric on how horses should be able to swim, though. It also does get annoying how horses can't swim, and should be added to the description, as they should be able to swim.
I read something on the wiki that said horses kick you off in water deeper than two blocks. I'm not sure if this is true or not now.
This does happen and is annoying.
Ok then. I was then falsely informed on this. I now understand this is not confirmed as a bug or is intended behavior.
The horse wasn't grazing. It couldn't float to the top unless he wandered by chance, or by physically pushing it.
I am shure there was nothing to prevent it from floating back up. When I was testing, my horse was saddled, and I rode him to the water.
It gets so bad, that the villagers glitch out, suffocate, and appear to "float" out of the building.
If Jeb says, it goes. You shouldn't question a person so high on the ladder as to say. Maybe he'll change it. But for now, it works as intended.
What exactly happened?
I cannot confirm this.
This is a duplicate of
MC-13774.Yes, this does happen. Notice how if this happens it says that:
I guess whenever when Minecraft tries to play a backround sound, it cannot "play" due to a "Audio Format null".
In addition notice that it says:
It also happens if you try to play a music disk.
Confirmed in 13w21a
This is not a bug. Im pretty shure this is supposed to happen.
Ok guys, the sound "breaks" when music tries to play, weather it is natural, or is a music disk. The only way to avoid the problem is bu turning the music off. the "sound" slider does not need to be turned off, as far as I know. I'd like my inbox to be only filled if someone has more info or if edits need to be made. I don't like sorting through 12 emails in the morning on the stuff we already know. I'd really appreciate it.
Confirmed. Uploaded a video.
Confirmed in 13w22a. I also found that if i open a menu, whether its a chest, furnace, or inventory immediately after eating and I have some hunger left, I consume an extra piece of food.
Confirmed in 12w25b and c
This is now a bug for the Kindle Fire HD. It is happening every time you place a sign. This affects 0.7.1
I can't figure out how to remove the duplicate picture, sorry.
Confirmed.
This also happens in 0.6.1 and I confirm.
Can this please be re-opened?
It happens in 1.6.1
I agree with you. I would choose the split too. But would the old pistons be converted to the BUD pistons?
Couldn't agree with you more.
Another idea is to keep the old recipe, but have two outputs. Them being the BUD and non BUD pistons.
That's a good idea. I think that idea is probably the best way to solve the problem unless someone else comes up.
This is an issue when with 0.7.0 and 0.7.1 . I'm not sure about 0.7.2, but if someone would like to add if they have that version. Also, it says on the wiki that it was intentional that mobs are attracted to water.
That is an invalid duplicate tag. Please remove as it does not relate to farmland or flowing water.
If I'm not mistaken, this does not relate to this issue. What I think is happening is that the lit chunks have been loaded properly, but the unlit ones seem to need a block update or the player to fly to them. It is the same way with naturally occurring lava pools.
I agree. It may be because minecraft has to keep an eye out for every player, and has to keep up accordingly. This happens almost guaranteed with large maps with lots of people. I think that it has trouble keeping up, but not causing lag, its just in the coding. As the versions became more feature ridden, the original design for servers just cant keep up. The only way to fix this is to have a different way of rendering chunks on large servers or to have then pre-loaded. This would take a long time to craft, but may be the only way to fix it. If this way were to be added, there might be a waiting period before going on to affected maps
Can someone please remove the duplicate pictures? There are many of them and it is clogging the page.
I can confirm this. It should be when you exit the app, it changes.
It also shows it when it is on the ground.
I'm talking about the corner of two blocks and water is in the other side.
Cant confirm it.
Confirmed
This is the new sugar cane texture. This is a feature.
I think there either ignoring this issue or it is a feature.
Cant confirm
Has been happening since 1.5
I dont think you can grow them yet
Yes. The lighting bug does still uccur.
There is no farlands. The game is supposed to crash or an equivalent as you are not suposed to go that far.
I think it is part of the new biome generation where they have very slim mountains and rises, and this is one of them. This might be a glitch in the chunk spawning algorithm
I cant confirm any of these.
Cant confirm
Confirmed.
Is confirmed for the re-upload of 36a. It is much worse.
Confirmed.
Could you please add the seed and the cordinates so we can check this out?
No, unless Mojang decides to add it as a feature. Mob AI is basicly how mobs behave after they are spawned in, such as how they move and react to different circumstances.
Cofirmed, id also like to add that the sound engine is all screwed up, as you can hear 2-3 different ambient songs at one time and the console looks like this:

Yes, this bug doesn't seem to have a pattern, but now music plays almost all the time, and I'd also like to add that the same song can be playing at the same time.
This bug is so bad, that when I look at a hill, almost every single block is affected. I'll upload a screenshot soon.

Not true. I can reproduce this with frame rates 60+ I tested this at 60,80,and 110
The definition of a bug is something that is doing something other than it was intended for/an undesired result by the programmer(s). This is not a bug but a suggestion that the community may like to see changed. The intended behavior is that cloud level is 128 blocks up. The cloud level IS working properly as it is at the intended height. There is no buggy behavior. However, if the height was shifted, lets say at 118 blocks up, that would be a bug as the intended height is 128. Thus, this is not a bug, but a suggestion.
confirmed for all versions through 14w33a
