Primed TNT can appear to move into or through blocks
The Bug:
Primed TNT pushed by water can visually pass through blocks.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Build the setup as shown in the provided attachment. setup.png

- Place a redstone block on top of the diamond block to activate the TNT.
- Quickly replace the redstone block with a water bucket and watch the TNT closely as it is pushed by the water.
Observed Behavior:
Primed TNT can visually pass through blocks.
Expected Behavior:
Primed TNT would not be able to visually pass through blocks.
Created Issue:
TNT glitching through blocks
Activated TNT entity glitches through blocks when going north or west direction
To reproduce:
Make a structure like the one in the attached image (or the representation below)# --> Solid Block @ --> Solid block with button on top W --> Water T --> TNT ### # # ###T@## # TWT # ##@T### # # ###Then press the buttons to fuse the TNT and two of them should glitch through the blocks. They don't seem to totally go past the block but it keeps getting inside it then going back
I'm using vanilla Minecraft (obviously), have tried restarting the game and have tested it on different worlds...
Environment
Java:

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_131-b11)

I just tested in 1.12. Pushing a primed TNT entity north and/or west with water visually shows the TNT going through solid blocks in the same y coordinate. The primed TNT entity will also visually snap back to its actual position. Using a repeating teleport command, the player is not teleported to the entity as it phases through blocks, so it's just a visual glitch. The TNT entity does not phase through the blocks immediately, but instead waits a random interval of time of about 2-3 seconds. The TNT entity cannot change y coordinates it appears. The fuse timer is unaffected by this glitch too.

MC-53915I believe this is not a duplicate of the before mentioned bug, as the bug MC53915 describes TNT as clipping through a block while this bug instead s observes the TNT visually appearing to clip through a block, while it actually remains in place.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
