Visual water level inside waterlogged blocks does not adjust correctly
The bug
When four stair blocks are arranged to create a "quarter-aligned anti-slab", and water is placed into all four of these, the water bulges upwards in the center instead of laying flat as one would expect. This effect goes away if the stairs are surrounded by solid blocks with the same Y coordinate.

Created Issue:
Visual water level inside waterlogged blocks does not adjust correctly
Was told to report this by redstonehelper yesterday when the bug tracker was down; was obviously not able to do so until today. Searching produced no relevant results.
When four stair blocks are arranged to create a "quarter-aligned slab", and water is placed into all four of these, the water bulges upwards in the center instead of laying flat as one would expect. This effect goes away if the stairs are surrounded by solid blocks with the same Y coordinate.

Affects 18w14a, which does not seem to be a valid version yet
Connor Steppie, as the reporter of this issue, you might be able to add that "relates to" link to
MC-4533yourself (to this issue, that is). However, considering that issue got the nonsensical "working as intended" as its resolution, I'd probably try to keep as far away from that bug entry as possible
I obviously can't
