All mobs riding on saddled striders can control the striders
Zombified piglins can control a strider to be able to attack the player when antagonized. The only way a player can control a strider is by using warped fungi, which the zombified piglins don't have. So the striders should not be able to be controlled by the zombified piglins.
Since 1.16.2 Pre-release 2, zombified piglins now spawn on top of stiders with Warper fungus on a stick in hand. While this is a partial solution, summoning a strider using
/summon minecraft:strider ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:zombified_piglin}]}
still allows the zombified piglin to control the strider, despite having no warped fungus.

Maybe zombified piglins should spawn with warped fungus on a stick in their offhand so that they can control them?

@ZYX_2D Actually your right. Baby striders aren't passive like adult striders, and they can't antagonized the adult striders.

Mobs riding on saddled pigs shouldn't be controlling the pigs unless they have carrots on sticks to antagonize the pigs. Not sure if this is intended or not if mobs riding on saddled pigs/striders should be able to control them or not.

It appears that all mobs can control saddled pigs and saddled striders. Pigs are already covered at MC-177995.
So does the Strider have a Saddle?
Well I think this title should B replaced as "ZP can ctrl Strider who rides without Warped Fungi".

I don't agree with U. Baby Striders should ctrl who is ridden by it without Warped Fungi, I think they just acted like the Father & son or so.
Please change the description, because 1.16.2 pre-1 change, the zombified piglin spawn with warped fungus on a stick while riding strider.
