Stonecutter recipes are sorted inconsistently
The recipes in the stonecutter are sorted arbitrarily, with no apparent consistency for which items should come before others. This leads to different blocks having different and inconsistent sorting orders with eachother.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place stone in a grindstone
→ observe result - Place blackstone in a grindstone
→ observe result - Place deepslate in a grindstone
→ observe result
Observed Behavior:
Despite sharing similar base -> variant recipes, all three blocks will have inconsistent sort orders for each block type.
- Blackstone
Regular stair/slab/wall, chiseled, polished block, brick stair/slab/wall/block, polished stair/slab/wall
- Deepslate
Chiseled, regular stair/slab/wall, brick stair/slab/wall/block, tile stair/slab/wall/block, polished block/slab/stair/wall
Expected Result:
There would be a clear sort order for which block types should come first in the recipe list, and how the blocks in that "variant" would then be sorted for each block type.

Original Description:
When the any stone is in the stonecutter the output blocks are sorted inconsistently.
Affected Blocks:
- Stone
- The Stone Slab & Stairs should come before the Chiseled Stone Bricks and the Stone Brick Slab, Stairs, Wall should come after the Stone Bricks
- Blackstone
- Wrong Position for polished and polished brick
- End Stone
- Wall come before the End Stone Bricks when the Bricks should come first before the slab, stairs, wall
- Sandstone & Red Sandstone
- The Sandstone and Red Sandstone Slabs, Stairs and Walls should come before the Chiseled and Cut Sandstone and Red Sandstone

When you look at a block which is included in multiple block tags with F3 enabled, the list of block tags is sorted seemingly randomly.
Steps to reproduce
- Place flowering azalea leaves
- Press F3
- Look at the leaves
Observed Behavior:
All the blockstate properties will be sorted alphabetically, yet the block tags will not be.
Expected Behavior:
All blockstates and tags would be sorted alphabetically, or at least sorted in some form.

I don't see what is the issue on the screenshot, not enough information.
The second row has polished blackstone as its first block, and then the brick variants, the third row vice-versa.
Sandstone & Red Sandstone are also affected. Than Sandstone Slab, Stairs, Wall comes last instead of first
Not exactly inconsistent, but not clear to the user. It simply is ordered by the recipe ID: chiseled_red_sandstone -> cut_red_sandstone -> cut_red_sandstone_slab -> red_sandstone_slab -> red_sandstone_stairs -> smooth_red_sandstone
I don't see how this could pragmatically be improved without hardcoding an order.
The space/underscore comes before the a, hence why "bricks" is after" bick ...".
