MCPE-59580Elytra cannot be opened while moving upward
The Buzzy Bees update introduced the new elytra mechanic allowing the player to open the elytra while moving upward, but it is only working for Java.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Equip Elytra
- Jump up and immediately attempt to open the elytra
Observed Results:
The elytra cannot be opened while moving upward.
Expected Results:
The elytra should be able to be opened while moving upward.

This bug is caused by the fix MCPE-59580. Also, this behavior does not correspond to the Java version (video provided).
Steps to reproduce:
- Take off (using creative mode).
- Put on the elytra.
- Try to fall by turning off the creative flight (without revealing the elytra).
Observed results:
Elitres are revealed in any case when creative flight is turned off.
Expected results:
When the creative flight is disabled, the elytra will not open as in Java (To open the elytra, you will need to press 1 more spacebar).

MC-111444It is fantastic that we can post parity on Jira now! I made the original parity feedback post for this and it probably wouldn't hurt to throw a vote on that as well.

When I'm on my server it is nearly impossible to open up my elytra consistently. This glitch definitely contributes to the problem but I believe there is also another glitch where the elytra doesn't deploy fast enough.
