MC-136497XP orbs causing severe lag
XP orbs are lagging a lot in 1.13 and 1.13.1 compared with 1.12.2
I asked to some friends test it too, everyone had the same lagging results.
To reproduce:
open the attached map (bug xp.zip) in 1.12.2, press F3 to see fps. Press the stone button, counting how many times before your fps going to less than 10.. maibe 1... press wood button to clear xp.
Open the same map in 1.13 or 1.13.1 and do the same... compare the numbers.
or spam a lot of bottle o' enchanting, compare the number of bottles throwed that 1.12.2 can handle compared to 1.13

Please do the screenshots again, but in 1.12.2 and 1.13.1 without XP orbs (want to see the allocated mem of the world itself)
And please zip and attach the world.(Edit: didn't see it...)
Why is the memory current used in 1.13.1 alread more than the whole memory assigned in 1.12.2?
What do we see there? Two screenshots with 4 FPS?
According to the crash report there is exactly one Bottle 'o Enchanting but zero XP orbs

Still in 1.14.4. Xp orbs accumulating in hopper in my enderman farm causes severe lag. (as low as 1 fps)

I can confirm it was definitely happening on my Cave Spider farm on 20w20b, and it's still happening in 1.16-Pre2 as well.
As the amount of exp. orbs present decreased from the 300s to the 200s and 100s, the framerate finally went back to normal.
