If you spectate a Warden, You can see what it sees. Even though it is meant to be blind.

- Spawn or summon a Warden

This might be a feature request or maybe an inconsistency issue that they'll ignore
@John It's been marked as Working as Intended
Actually, what if the warden was only blind when there isn't any noise, but when they hear noise, they could see the vibrations and the player/block/mob(s) that made the noise, but tinted cyan to match the vibration color?
I'm putting this as a feature request in the feedback forum.
