The Bug:
Cacti can survive despite end rods being placed adjacent to them.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place down a cactus.
- Place down an end rod next to it.
- Take note as to whether or not cacti can survive despite end rods being placed adjacent to them.
Observed Behavior:
Cacti can survive.
Expected Behavior:
Cacti would not be able to survive and would instead be destroyed.

Created Issue:
End rod as a solid block can be placed adjacent to cactus without destroying the cactus
Minecraft Wiki says end rod is a solid block (and it is; it has hitbox), and if a solid block is placed adjacent to a cactus, the cactus is destroyed and drop as an item, but end rod can be placed next to cactus without breaking it.(See attachments)

Minecraft Wiki says end rod is a solid block (and it is; it has hitbox), and if a solid block is placed adjacent to a cactus, the cactus is destroyed and drop as an item, but end rod can be placed next to cactus without breaking it.

Intended for transparent blocks.
Ladder/anvil/chest are transparent blocks however they brake cactus
confirmed. I don't see a reason why a cactus should react differently to an end rod than to a glass pane
